History: from Piedmont to the hills of Upper Umbria in the wake of the Savoy officials. These are the historical traces that testify to the establishment of the vine in the Eugubino estates, after the Unification of Italy in 1861. A happy establishment, which guarantees the wine a quality that was highly appreciated at the beginning of the twentieth century. The aim of rediscovering, as Luigi Veronelli said, a wine "of beautiful balance, complete in taste and not lacking in elegance and substance" (I Vini d'Italia, 1961).

 

Colour: yellow with golden reflections. Aroma: fruity hints of yellow peach, citrus and floral notes of yellow flowers. Taste: dry, fresh and savoury. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Pairings: cold starters, legume soups, white meats. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
