Colour: intense ruby in chromatic and aromatic nuances. Bouquet: elegant citrus notes but also alcoholic and spicy notes of kumquat jam intertwined with deep tones of ripe plum. Notes of cocoa powder and cloves peep out on subsequent smells. Taste: vibrant, warm and enveloping, intense and harmonious, with an important tannic texture that gives it structure and power, but which does not compromise an elegant and memorable finish, skilfully drawing the territory of origin, maintaining concentration and freshness and a persistence that does not go unnoticed. Grapes: 100% Sagrantino. Pairings: lends itself to important and sought-after combinations. Serving temperature: 20° C.
