Color: the rich soils of Montefalco give us a wine with an intense yellow color and golden hues. Bouquet: the typical aromas of the grape variety, yellow fruit and Mediterranean plants, give way to evolving notes of spices and candied citrus fruits. Taste: the sip is enveloping and full while maintaining its distinctive freshness. Grapes: Grechetto. Pairings: first courses with truffle, spiced chicken, and baked fish. Serving temperature: 12-14 °C.
